The cabins at Northwoods Resort were nestled among beautiful trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The property was well-maintained and clean, providing a sense of comfort and relaxation. We loved that we could bring our dogs and take them for walks in the nearby forest. Additionally, the cabins were equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.

Everything is what we need and want.

The location of the resort is ideal, nestled in the tranquil pine trees yet conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The cabins are clean, spacious, and equipped with fully functional kitchens. Guests can enjoy the cool breeze and beautiful surroundings while grilling on the gas grill or relaxing on the veranda. The hosts are friendly and go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome.

Some minor maintenance issues were observed, such as a non-functioning bathroom heater and a sticky recliner.

The cabins had everything we needed for our stay, including a kitchenette where we could make our own breakfast. The location was convenient, with a paved path around Woodland Lake and the center of town just a short drive away. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

While the cabins were generally clean and comfortable, there were a few minor issues. The frying pan provided could have been of better quality.

Great location with proximity to hiking, boating, go cart, and crazy golf activities. Playground and wildlife on site. The cabin was warm and cozy with a working fireplace. The owners, Bill and his wife, were very kind. Close to stores and lakes. The groundskeeper was friendly and considerate. Lots of walking trails and a friendly and accommodating staff. Child and pet-friendly with plenty of things for them to do.

Felt welcomed and had no complaints whatsoever.

our valentines day stay at the cabin in the woods in pinetop-lakeside exceeded all expectations. the location was perfect, close to everything and yet secluded. the owners were incredibly helpful and kind. the cabins were rustic and clean, surrounded by beautiful nature. can't wait to come back!

My family and I had an amazing time at this lovely cabin retreat. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we were able to bring our dogs along for the fun. The property provided easy access to beautiful walks through the woods. The cabins were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a fantastic restaurant within walking distance. a wonderful experience!

The cabin had all the amenities we needed and the cozy fireplace kept us warm. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, it didn't detract from our enjoyable time. we highly recommend this place for a relaxing retreat.
